Insurance, before your visit.

What is usually covered
Visits for a medical concern — a rash, acne, a suspicious mole, a skin cancer screening, eczema, psoriasis — are typically billed to your health insurance like any other specialist visit. Your plan’s deductible, copay and referral rules apply.
What is usually not covered
Cosmetic procedures — Botox®, fillers, Fraxel® laser resurfacing and microneedling — are elective and are generally not covered by insurance. These are quoted directly to you before treatment, with no surprises on the day.
Check your plan with us
Rather than publish a list that may be out of date, we verify coverage per patient. Call (630) 832-8111 with your insurance card to hand and the office will confirm whether your plan is accepted and what your visit is likely to cost.
